General Terms of Service

Article 1 (Agreement to Terms)

Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before using this service. By using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this service.

Article 2 (Service Description)

TCG Shadowbox Planner (the "Service") is a web application service that assists users in designing, previewing, and saving data for shadowbox artworks created using Trading Card Game (TCG) cards. This service is provided free of charge.

Article 3 (Account Management)

Users are responsible for keeping their registration information accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from improper account management. If you discover unauthorized use by a third party, please contact us immediately.

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

Users must not engage in any of the following actions when using this service: • Actions that violate laws or public order and morals • Actions related to criminal activity • Actions that infringe on intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, honor rights, or other rights or interests of the Service or third parties • Actions that destroy or interfere with the Service's servers or network functions • Actions that may interfere with the Service's operations • Unauthorized access or attempts thereof • Actions to collect or store personal information about other users • Using the Service for improper purposes • Actions that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users or third parties • Impersonating other users • Advertising, promotional, solicitation, or commercial activities not authorized by the Service • Actions aimed at meeting unknown persons of the opposite sex • Actions that directly or indirectly benefit antisocial forces in connection with the Service • Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Service

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

We make no warranties regarding this service, including its completeness, accuracy, reliability, or usefulness. This service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of this service. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, loss of business opportunities, business interruption, and all other direct or indirect damages.

Article 6 (Service Modification and Suspension)

We may change the content of this service or suspend or terminate the provision of this service without prior notice to users. We are not responsible for any damages caused to users as a result.

Article 7 (Modification of Terms)

We may modify these Terms as necessary. If we modify these Terms, we will notify users of the timing and content of the revised Terms through appropriate methods on the Service. If users use the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms, they will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Service-Specific Terms

Shadowbox Creation and Copyright

• Shadowboxes created using trading cards are generally considered derivative works. • Users are recommended to comply with copyright laws and other relevant laws and limit their use to personal enjoyment. • If you wish to use shadowbox works for commercial purposes or to publish or distribute them, you must obtain permission from the original copyright holder. • We are not responsible for any copyright infringement by users.

About Public Shadowboxes

• Shadowboxes published in the Gallery feature are viewable by all users and third parties. • When publishing, please be careful not to infringe on copyright, portrait rights, or other third-party rights. • Publishing content that violates public order and morals, is offensive to others, discriminatory, violent, or otherwise inappropriate is prohibited. • We may delete published content without prior notice if we determine it violates these Terms.

Handling of Created Data

• Data created with this service is solely for individuals to design and pre-assemble shadowboxes. • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of created data. • We are not responsible for dimensional errors, material issues, or any other problems when creating actual shadowboxes. • Users use created data at their own risk.

Creation Quantity Limits

• To reduce server load and ensure stable service operation, there are limits on the number of shadowboxes each user can create and save. • When the limit is reached, you must delete existing data or change settings to public to create new data. • The quantity limit may be changed without notice. • If you need to change the quantity limit due to special circumstances, please contact us.

Data Retention and Deletion

• We do not guarantee permanent storage of saved data. • Saved data may be deleted without notice due to system maintenance, server failure, service termination, or other reasons. • We strongly recommend that users back up important data themselves (JSON export, etc.). • Data from accounts that have not been used for a certain period may be deleted without notice. • We are not responsible for any damages caused by data deletion.

Liability Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of this service or the inability to use this service. • This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, work production failure, time loss, opportunity loss, and all other direct, indirect, incidental, and special damages.

About Advertisements

• This site may display advertisements (Google AdSense, etc.) to cover operational costs. • The content of advertisements is not managed by this service and is posted under the responsibility of the advertisers. • We are not responsible for any damages caused to users by the display of advertisements.
